This is a 2 days Ol Donyo Sabuk hiking and wildlife safari, which is a perfect getaway for travellers who love nature, hiking and wildlife adventure. Day 1: Pick up from Nairobi and transfer to Ol Donyo Sabuk, hiking and wildlife viewing

Your safari begins early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel in Nairobi by a Chopper Tour and Travel company representative. You will then drive to Ol Donyo Sabuk National Park, a journey that takes approximately 2 to 2½ hours. Upon arrival at the park, you will meet a professional guide who will brief you on the hike before you begin your adventure. The guided hike to the summit of Ol Donyo Sabuk Mountain takes about 3 to 4 hours. Along the trail, you may encounter baboons, bushbucks, and a variety of bird species.

At the summit, you will visit the historic Lord Macmillan’s Castle, a striking stone structure offering breathtaking views over the Athi Plains, Nairobi National Park and Mount Kenya. You will enjoy a packed picnic lunch at the top while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Once you are done with lunch, you will descend the mountain, which will take about 2 to 3 hours. In the afternoon, you will have a game drive within the park where you will spot buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and other wildlife species. In the evening, you will leave the park and be transferred to a lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive and depart for Nairobi

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will return to the park for a morning game drive. This drive lasts about 3 hours and offers excellent chances to see large herds of buffalo, warthogs, colobus monkeys and a variety of birdlife.

After the game drive, you will begin your journey to Nairobi; it will take approximately 2 hours. You will arrive in the afternoon, bringing your 2 days Ol Donyo Sabuk hiking and wildlife safari to an end.
