Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: pickup and transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve day one.
After meeting you at your location in Nairobi our driver guide will explain the Kenya safari details and take you to Masai Mara National Reserve. Travel to Masai Mara National Reserve while viewing the Great Rift Valley, you can have stops to take pictures during your way. You will take a lunch break in Narok town before you reach the reserve.
Once you arrive you will register at the lodge then take an afternoon wildlife drive to find elephants, buffaloes, zebras and predators including lions and leopards. Once you return to the lodge you will eat dinner before resting for the night.
Day 2: Full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you will proceed to Masai Mara for an entire day tour to spot the Big Five animals (lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalos and leopards) and different wild creatures. Visitors between July and October are likely to observe the animal movement as wildebeest and zebra herds cross the Mara River.
You will have a picnic lunch as you enjoy the stunning views of the reserve and resume your game drive. You will go back to the lodge for dinner after finishing your evening game drive.
Day 3: Morning game drive and transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
Each day starts with an early morning game drive before animals return to their hiding places when the sun rises. After breakfast, you will ride back to the lodge and prepare to depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have lunch on your way.
On arrival, check into your lodge, then participate in an afternoon game drive. You will observe flamingos, rhinos, giraffes, alongside other animals. The game drive ends at the lodge, where you will have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 4: Experience Lake Nakuru, Then Transfer to Lake Naivasha for Lunch.
After breakfast, you will embark on morning game viewing in Lake Nakuru National Park to witness rhinos, leopards and waterbucks. You will get to observe the spectacular lake views and all the bird species that inhabit the area.
After your day tour you will proceed to Lake Naivasha. Have lunch and enjoy free time at the lodge .you can choose an optional boat ride across the lake. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 5: Experience boat ride and Crescent Island, then move to Amboseli National Park.
Before the boat exploration begins, you will enjoy a breakfast meal. You and your Kenya tour guide will explore Crescent Island while walking through its natural environment, and you will encounter zebras hoofing it, enjoying the park’s giraffe population and looking across all the stunning Antelopes.
You will leave the lodge for Amboseli National Park with lunch during the journey. You will enter the lodge to settle in right away. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 6: Full day game drive in Amboseli National Park
After breakfast at dawn, you will dedicate your whole day to exploring Amboseli National Park and discover big herds of elephants alongside predators and giraffes while enjoying the sight of many bird species. You can delightfully observe Mount Kilimanjaro, which ranks as Africa’s tallest mountain from your location.
The afternoon game viewing continues until sunset, when you return to your lodge for dinner and a place to sleep.
Day 7: Morning game drive and cultural visit
The first adventure of your day will be early morning wildlife viewing to spot lions and hyenas before they rest. Following your drive you will come back to the lodge for breakfast. Later head out to interact with the Maasai people and understand their culture.
Return to the lodge for lunch and rest after visiting the local culture. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 8: Morning game drive and relaxation at the lodge
You will have a second morning drive to discover fresh areas of the park while searching for wild animals. When you return from the game drive, you will have lunch and relax at the lodge premises. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 9: Departure to Nairobi
After having breakfast you will depart from the lodge to return to Nairobi. Lunch stop during transit will take place before the driver delivers you either at your desired Nairobi location or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight departure.
