Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pickup and transfer to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and Giraffe Centre, drive to Amboseli.

Based on your Nairobi location, our driver guide will collect you before explaining important Kenya safari details. You can watch rescued elephant orphans receiving food and learn about elephant protection programs at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust interaction.

You can now feed endangered Rothschild giraffes at the Giraffe Centre as you learn about the giraffe programs.

Travel from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park completes the 4-5 hour drive. You will arrive at the lodge to check in, then enjoy your relaxation time before dinner and sleep at the guesthouse.

Day 2: Full day game drive in Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you will spend the entire day game viewing in the famous Kenya safari destination, Amboseli National Park, to discover its majestic tusker elephants and enchanting views of the snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Deep into Amboseli National Park, the drive lets you spot lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, buffaloes and several bird species such as secretary birds, herons and crested cranes. You will have lunch at a picnic spot within the park to take in its majestic views. Afterwards, you will tour many parts of the park until you return to the lodge for rest and dining activities.

Day 3: Morning game drive and cultural visit to a Maasai village

Morning game drives help visitors spot predators such as lions, elusive leopards and hyenas before these animals return to their hiding places. You will spot herds of elephants, zebras, antelopes and giraffes hunting for food across the endless grasslands during dawn.

Breakfast at the lodge then head out for a Kenya cultural tour experience with the Maasai people. You will discover how Maasai people live traditionally and learn about their ways as well as their beadwork craftsmanship. You can observe Maasai folk dances and also pick unique handmade items of local art to take home. Enjoy free time and relaxation during the day at the lodge to use all the facilities before dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Morning game drive and transfer back to Nairobi

During your final day on this Kenya safari, you will undertake another morning game drive to sight wildlife and photograph Mount Kilimanjaro.

Have breakfast and check out of the lodge, then depart for Nairobi. You will break your journey for lunch, then your driver guide will drop you either to your chosen destination or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
